Payment Policy
First night unrefundable deposit required on all bookings
In order to keep competitive rates we prefer cash payments of balance due on arrival. Your
booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit by either bank transfer, cheque or
Paypal payment. 3% charge applies to all card payments
Cancellation Policy
First night un-refundable deposit required on all bookings.
Standard Policy: 14 days' notice required for remainder of booking; otherwise full amount due
will be charged. No-shows charged full amount of booking.
Special Event Policy applies to all Event rates, Xmas/Hogmanay rates, Easter and August
Festivals rates, as follows:
50% of full amount un-refundable
28 days' notice required for remainder of booking; otherwise full amount due will be charged.

18 Eildon Street B&B and/or Anna Raman are NOT liable in any way for any injury to guests
that may occur during their stay, for any reason whatsoever.
18 Eildon Street B&B and/or Anna Raman are not responsible for the loss or breakage of any
personal item belonging to any guest.
Guests ARE liable for any damage to property, fixtures and fittings occurring during their stay
at 18 Eildon Street.
18 Eildon Street B&B and/or Anna Raman may refuse access to any guests who appear drunk
or threatening in any way. Access will be at the total discretion of Anna Raman or any person
in charge of the property in her absence. Should any guests become in any way abusive during
their stay, we reserve the right to ask them to leave there and then.
