Our rates include a generous continental breakfast. They vary from 70 to 120 pound sterling per night for a double room, depending on the actual dates.

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit by either
bank transfer or cheque.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, the following conditions apply:
Up to 22 days in advance in writing Full refund minus bank charges
3 weeks in advance or no-show: No refund
No refund of deposits for bookings in August, December and Special Events throughout the year such as Festivals and Sport Events
As we are a very small B&B, cancellations will almost inevitably lead to loss of business, and this is the reason for the above policy.

18 Eildon Street B&B and/or Anna Raman are NOT liable in any way for any injury to guests that may occur during their stay, for any reason whatsoever.
18 Eildon Street B&B and/or Anna Raman are not responsible for the loss or breakage of any personal item belonging to any guest.
Guests ARE liable for any damage to property, fixtures and fittings occurring during their stay at 18 Eildon Street.
18 Eildon Street B&B and/or Anna Raman may refuse access to any guests who appear drunk or threatening in any way. Access will be at the total discretion of Anna Raman or any person in charge of the property in her absence. Should any guests become in any way abusive during their stay, we reserve the right to ask them to leave there and then.
